- A generator is required if power source if more than 50ft from set up location. Generator needs to add on at the time of booking. Based on availability
- Balloons are not included or available through PIXIE Soft Play. You are welcome to add your own balloon garland but please read our Terms & Conditions on how to secure and do so at your own liability

Please submit inquiry form if your reservation is 7 days prior to your event before proceeding to book through our website. We will reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss your event in detail. We do our best to accommodate last minute bookings but can not guarantee availability

Deposit is 30% of your total and due at the time of booking. This amount
will secure your date and will also be deducted from your balance. Remainder balance is due 3 days prior to your event date. Please keep in mind that dates WILL NOT be reserved until a deposit is paid. A refundable security deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to cover cleaning and incidental fees. Please allow up to 5 days after event for deposit to be credited. Refundable deposit will be forfeited in the event, equipment is returned in an extremely dirty condition or equipment, including balls are found outside of play area.
