Los Angeles Soft Play FAQs
Do you deliver to Los Angeles?
Yes. We serve Los Angeles County, Orange County and neighboring cities. Complimentary delivery is offered within 7 miles of 91709, and a delivery fee applies to locations beyond this radius. See our FAQ and Terms for details.
How far in advance should I book?
We suggest booking 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your date, package and time, especially for weekend events.
Is there a minimum order?
A $300 rental minimum applies to all bookings, not including fees or the security deposit.
What surfaces can you set up on?
The setup area must be clean, dry and flat. We set up on carpet, wood, tile, concrete, turf and short, dry, flat grass. We cannot set up on bark, gravel, dirt, sand, wet grass or uneven surfaces.
How do you keep the equipment clean?
Every piece is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and inspected before and after each use with hospital-grade, non-toxic products, then sealed and packaged until it arrives at your event.
Are you insured?
Yes. PIXIE Soft Play is fully insured. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance, please contact us when you book.
