If your event will include children over the age of 5, we offer a selection of bounce houses, ball pits, and bubble house options that are better suited to their size, activity level, and developmental needs

Day rental, free delivery*, set up, breakdown and collection of equipment

Your rental is reserved exclusively for the full duration of your event:

  • The rental window is based on the start and end time you provide at booking
  • Our team handles delivery, setup, and pickup within that window
  • Standard pickup times apply: 5 PM for outdoor events and 6 PM for indoor events

Yes! Our soft play setup can be adjusted to a smaller size or different dimensions to better fit your space. Just share your available measurements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate the equipment

Please note that we do not prorate packages for items that cannot fit within the designated play area. All equipment must fit inside and remain within the play area and cannot be placed outside of it

Before We Arrive

Please clear the setup area of rocks, sticks, yard debris, toys, furniture, and pet waste prior to our arrival. PIXIE Soft Play reserves the right to deny setup if these conditions are not met, and full monies will be forfeited

To ensure the safety of children and protect the integrity of our premium equipment, we do not set up outdoors if rain or winds above 15 mph are forecasted. No exceptions

For outdoor events, we kindly ask that you arrange an alternative indoor location in case weather conditions become unsuitable. If no indoor option is available, you may reschedule your event once for a future date within 6 months of the original booking

Heat & Sun Exposure

During the summer months, we strongly recommend choosing a shaded area or providing appropriate covering, as soft‑play equipment can become hot when placed in direct sunlight

For safety reasons, canopies and umbrellas may not be placed inside the play area. Positioning them at the outside corners offers effective shade while keeping the play space clear and compliant with safety guidelines

Refund Policy

Please note: If equipment setup is already in progress or has been completed, the renter waives the option to reschedule and no refund will be issued

Venue Policy

PIXIE Soft Play is fully licensed and insured to provide soft‑play rentals at approved venues and clubhouses. A $30 fee is required at the time of booking.

Additional Setup Fees

Additional charges may apply if the setup area includes:

  • Steps or stairs
  • An upper‑level location
  • Uphill access
  • A distance greater than 150 ft from the loading zone

These conditions require extra time, labor, or specialized equipment to complete the setup safely and efficiently. All such conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking, or—if unknown—no later than 5 days before the event date.

Venue and Clubhouse Requirements & Renter Responsibilities

  • The renter is responsible for confirming that all required permits, approvals, and insurance documents have been approved by the venue prior to event
  • The renter must also ensure that our team is granted timely access to the venue at the scheduled arrival time. Delays in access may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or a new setup window
  • The renter shall provide a map or clear description of the designated setup area in advance, allowing our team to plan accordingly and ensure a smooth installation
  • Any entrance, parking, or access fees paid by our team shall be reimbursed by the renter
  • To request a Certificate of Insurance (COI), email info@pixiesoftplay.com with the venue name, venue address, and the venue email point of contact
    • The COI will be sent directly to the venue facilitator approximately two weeks prior to the event
    • Renter will receive an email notification once approval has been confirmed
    • Renter is responsible to ensure that all required documentation has been approved by the venue at least 3 days prior to event date

Delivery, Supervision & Equipment Care

  • An adult must be present during delivery and throughout the entire rental period
  • Equipment must never be left unattended
  • All items must remain within or directly adjacent to the reserved party space

Setup Area Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful setup, the designated area must be:

  • Clean and clear
  • Dry
  • Flat and level
  • Free of debris, slopes, obstacles, or hazards
  • Adequate in clearance (height and width) to safely accommodate all equipment

PIXIE Soft Play reserves the right to deny setup if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable. If setup is denied for these reasons, all monies will be forfeited

Park Policy

PIXIE Soft Play is fully licensed and insured to set up at parks. Please review the following details before booking:

  • Seasonal Availability: Park setups are available May–September only. We do not set up at parks from October–April. Exceptions may be made for indoor facilities
  • Park Fee: $100 park fee This fee applies to all park reservations and must be selected at the time of booking
  • Permits & Insurance: The renter is responsible to verify with the park facilitator that all required permits, approvals, or park insurance documents have been approved
  • Reimbursable Park Costs: The renter shall reimburse PIXIE Soft Play for any entrance or parking fees paid by us
  • Requesting COI: Email info@pixiesoftplay.com with the park name, facilitator, email, and phone number. The Copy of Insurance (COI) is sent directly to the park facilitator at least two weeks before your event date
  • Park Schedule: The latest park pickup time is 4:30 PM
  • Park Map: The renter is required to provide a map of the designated setup area to info@pixiesoftplay.com no later than 3 days before the event. The renter must be onsite at the agreed-upon delivery time. Failure to be present at the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit
  • Distance Fee: Additional fees apply if the path to the setup area includes steps, an incline or decline, or is more than 150 ft from the unloading zone. To avoid additional fees, we recommend reserving a setup area close to parking and free of steps or steep inclines/declines. If the designated setup area is more than 150 ft from the loading zone, please contact us prior to booking so we can confirm whether setup is possible
  • Supervision: An adult must be present at delivery and throughout the rental. Equipment must not be left unattended at any time and must be set up within 25 ft of the reserved party space

Ground Conditions: We highly recommend walking the setup area prior to booking to ensure the grass is suitable for soft play. The area must be clean, dry, flat, and free of dirt, gravel, ants, roots, potholes, slopes, and inclines. PIXIE Soft Play reserves the right to deny setup if these conditions are not met, and full monies will be forfeited

Irrigation & Moisture: The renter must confirm with the park that no drip system, irrigation schedule, or automatic watering keeps the grass wet or moist. Soft play cannot be set up on damp or wet ground under any circumstances, even with a tarp

PIXIE Soft Play reserves the right to deny setup if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable. If setup is denied for these reasons, all monies will be forfeited

Extra fees apply when delivery access is limited or requires additional handling, such as steps, staircases, elevators, hills, narrow pathways, or extended walking distances over 50ft from unloading/loading area

Some of our soft play pieces are oversized and require minimum width, height, and depth clearance. This condition must be selected at the time of booking. If unknown at the time of booking, the renter must notify PIXIE Soft Play at least 5 days prior to the event so we can plan accordingly

Failure to notify us may result in setup limitations or the inability to set up certain items. PIXIE Soft Play reserves the right to deny setup onsite and/or set up only the items we are able to accommodate, and full monies will be forfeited

We are licensed, insured, and SIOTO Safety Certified. If your venue requires proof of insurance, please email your request to info@pixiesoftplay.com

We gladly service Los Angeles County, Orange County, and neighboring cities. If you’re outside these areas, please email us at info@pixiesoftplay.com to check availability — we may still be able to deliver to you!

Every piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and inspected before and after each use using hospital‑grade, non‑toxic products. Once sanitized, everything is immediately sealed and packaged to keep it protected and pristine until it arrives at your event. Yes! Our bounce houses are the perfect blank canvas to showcase any theme or aesthetic. We recommend hiring a professional balloon stylist to save you time and stress on the day of your event. If you prefer a DIY approach, our bounce houses come equipped with built‑in hooks to make installation simple and secure

Please note that wire ties, tape, glue dots, adhesives, or any sticky materials are not permitted on the bounce house at any time, as they can damage the vinyl

No outside decals may be applied directly to any equipment without prior written approval from PIXIE Soft Play. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure that any approved products used are fully removable and will not cause damage, residue, or discoloration to the equipment

Please note: security deposit will be forfeited and applied toward the cleaning fee if unapproved decals or adhesives are found on the equipment

To ensure our equipment remains in pristine condition for every family we serve, we maintain a strict no face‑paint policy. Face paint and ink‑based craft materials can cause permanent staining and irreversible damage to our soft play and bounce house products

To protect the quality and integrity of our offerings, we reserve the right to decline service for events where face paint or ink‑based activities are present. Any indication of these materials will result in forfeiture of your full deposit, and additional cleaning or damage fees may apply

Exceptions may be considered when a PIXIE attendant is hired to monitor the play area for the full duration of the event. Please inquire prior to booking

We realize that children can sometimes cause unintentional damage to equipment when they’re having fun. As the renter, it is your responsibility to properly care for all items and follow all rules and regulations to avoid damage or theft.

Renter shall be liable for up to $3,000 in damages to equipment of any kind (not including opportunity costs).

We trust that you’ll take great care of everything and ensure safe use throughout your event. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. By working together, we can keep your celebration running smoothly and our equipment in beautiful condition for all families to enjoy. We’re always here to help with any questions or concerns

Our main rules are:

– Only children 5 years and younger are allowed in play area

– NO shoes are allowed in the play area – all children and supervising adults must wear socks

– Absolutely NO heels – they damage our mats permanently

– Absolutely NO food, drinks, candy or gum in the play area

– NO face paint, temporary tattoos, silly string, slime, crayons, markers or outside toys in the play area

– All sharp objects must be removed prior to entering the play area

– All equipment must remain within the play area

– NO pets allowed

– Equipment cannot get wet

– Children MUST be supervised by responsible adult(s) at all times!

A rules of play sign that includes the basic rules will be provided for your event. It is the responsibility of the person/s or organizer of the event to ensure all guests acknowledge and follow all play rules

Book an Event

We suggest booking 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your desired date, package, and time

We require a $100 security deposit, added to your initial payment. It is held until our team completes a detailed post‑event inspection. If all equipment is clean, undamaged, and accounted for, the deposit will be refunded to your original form of payment within five (5) business days

Please note: The deposit will not be refunded if equipment is damaged, excessively dirty, moved without authorization, missing, or if balls are not inside the ball pit at pickup. Renters are responsible for any forgotten items removed from the play area and not retrieved during pickup. Additional delivery fees may apply for return trips to collect items

We’re happy to accommodate last‑minute bookings, though availability cannot be guaranteed. If your event is within 7 days, please submit an inquiry form before booking through our website. A team coordinator will reach out as soon as possible to review your event details.

A 30% deposit or full payment is required to secure your reservation

The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your event date. Your final invoice, complete with a secure payment link, will be issued within 5 business days leading up to your event

We accept all major credit/debit cards and book now/pay later payment plans through Klarna. We do not accept checks or cash payments

Unfortunately, yes. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date will result in the cancellation of your event and forfeiture of the total deposit

Full refund if cancelled twenty (20) days or more before your event date. No refunds for cancellations made within nineteen (19) days of your event date.

We understand that plans can change. If you choose to postpone, you may move your event to a new date within six (6) months of your original booking, provided the reschedule request is made at least twenty (20) days prior to the original event date.

All reschedule requests depend on availability and are non‑refundable.

Yes, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please email detailed written changes to your selection at least five (5) days prior to your event so we may plan accordingly. All modifications are subject to availability and may require an updated invoice

Day of Event

Here are a few ways to prepare in advance to ensure a seamless and timely setup!

– Provide in advance a map and parking instructions if your event will be held at a venue, clubhouse, or park

– Designate a separate area according to the space requirements

– Clear path for us to bring the equipment in and if possible, in close proximity to parking area. In general, we require 2-3 ft wide clearance

– Clean up the designated set up area. Make sure the area is clear of animal waste, furniture, toys, debris and objects. Please be aware that our delivery team cannot move furniture to clear path

– PLEASE DO NOT water on or near setup area on the day of your event. We will not be able to to setup on wet grounds

– Make sure to turn off sprinkler system. This will help prevent any injuries and damage to our equipment

– For the safety of your pets and our team, renter is to ensure that NO animals are present at setup, during the rental period, breakdown and collection of rental equipment. No exceptions

– If you will be using an electrical outlet, please check power outlet to confirm that it is working and within the 50ft requirement (if applicable)

Our team will arrive 1–4 hours before your event to complete setup and ensure everything is ready for your guests. A detailed delivery schedule will be provided 3 days in advance. Please ensure we have access to the setup area upon arrival. We allow a 10‑minute courtesy wait for someone to receive the delivery. If no one is present after that window, we reserve the right to reschedule delivery at a later time, and we cannot guarantee setup will be completed before the event start time. No refunds or monies will be issued.

If there are any factors that may delay setup—such as stairs, limited parking, traffic, road closures, or restricted access—please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. We want your experience to run as smoothly as possible. Please note that PIXIE Soft Play is not held responsible for late setup caused by these circumstances beyond our control

Once the equipment has been set up, we are unable to move or relocate it to another area, so please ensure your desired setup location is confirmed prior to our arrival

Rental equipment will be collected at the end of your event. Please allow up to a one‑hour grace period after your event has ended for our team to complete pickup. To ensure a seamless and timely collection, we kindly ask that all guests clear the equipment area upon our arrival
